COMPOSITION RULES
For this assignment, we were tasked with taking photographs that show the basic principles of the composition of a good photo.
These two photos were taken to showcase focusing on objects in the foreground and background. The scene has a very different atmosphere depending on which piggy bank is being focused on.
These photographs are meant to showcase the difference between stopping motion and showing blurred motion in a photo. Both photos were taken while the fan was spinning at a high speed, but the blurred photo has a more realistic feel.
These pictures display a full scene and a cropped photo of the same scene. Though the full photo shows more
of the area, the cropped photo is much more clear in presenting its subject to the observer.

This photo shows depth of field by displaying the long path to St. Joseph High School's red brick building. The trees along the path help to present an understanding of a three-dimensional world in a two-dimensional image.
This photograph of the moon is a display of using natural framing. I couldn't resist taking this picture when I saw the moon
rise into a round clearing of trees that framed it perfectly.

This image showcases two lovely St. Joseph girls enjoying their time on school grounds, and also shows the difference between balanced and unbalanced elements. Though it is more appealing to see these two girls enjoying their day together, the photo
is more balanced if the girls are seated on opposite sides of the bench.
